What happens if the item I purchased online was out of stock?
Usually, we directly notify our customers online of any items that are out of stock before purchase. In case such an incident occurs, we’ll recommend similar alternatives that can matches the same amount.
Is there Cash on delivery on your website?
You can always contact us through our Whatsapp button and place an order of to be paid with cash upon delivery.
What happens if I’m not happy with my ordered cake, or if something went wrong with it?
We appreciate your feedback and we always thrive to deliver the best quality products. We will study how your order looks and make the appropriate action on a case by case basis.
My payment failed online. What can I do?
Try reprocessing the order. If it doesn’t work, then please contact us using the whatsapp button or email us at sales@pinkcakes.ae so that we can use a manual payment link for your order.
I paid online and was charged twice. What should I do?
We got it covered. Instances like this appear in any system, and we issue a refund that should reach your bank account within 5 days.
Do you have a refund policy?
In case you choose to cancel your order for any other reason, you must do so within two hours after placing your order. Refunds will be directly debited to your account.
